AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP NOISE ASSESSMENTS

We provide noise assessments for air source heat pump (ASHP) installations to support planning applications and demonstrate that proposed equipment can operate without unacceptable noise impact at nearby properties. Assessments consider the proposed unit, installation location, surrounding receptors and existing acoustic environment.

Where required, we undertake background noise measurements and assess the installation with reference to relevant planning requirements and acoustic guidance. We can advise on equipment selection, location and practical mitigation measures, and prepare clear technical reports suitable for submission to the Local Planning Authority.
