CONSTRUCTION NOISE & VIBRATION

We provide construction noise and vibration assessments to support projects from pre-construction planning through to active site works. Assessments can consider demolition, piling, earthworks, plant, vehicle movements and other activities with the potential to affect nearby noise- or vibration-sensitive receptors.

Our advice is proportionate to the scale and sensitivity of the works and prepared with reference to BS 5228 and relevant local authority requirements. We can assist with predictions, monitoring strategies, mitigation measures, working methods and technical information required for planning conditions, Section 61 applications or stakeholder liaison.
