BREEAM ASSESSMENTS

We provide acoustic consultancy and testing to support BREEAM assessments, including the relevant requirements of Hea 05 and Pol 05 for new-build and refurbishment projects. Our input can include early-stage advice, acoustic criteria, design reviews, environmental noise assessment and completion-stage testing where required.

We work with design teams and BREEAM Assessors to identify the applicable credits and evidence requirements at an early stage, reducing the risk of late design changes. Reporting and supporting information are prepared in a clear format suitable for the BREEAM assessment process.
