BREEAM ASSESSMENTS

We provide specialist acoustic consultancy to support BREEAM certification for new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across all building sectors. Working closely with clients, architects, design teams and BREEAM Assessors, we provide acoustic design advice from concept through to completion, helping projects achieve the required environmental standards while delivering comfortable, high-performing buildings.

Our services include acoustic design advice, environmental noise assessments, façade sound insulation design, room acoustics, building services noise assessments, external plant noise assessments, and the preparation of evidence required to demonstrate compliance with Hea 05 – Acoustic Performance and Pol 05 – Reduction of Noise Pollution. We also undertake commissioning acoustic testing and post-completion verification, providing the evidence needed to confirm that completed buildings achieve the required acoustic performance and satisfy BREEAM certification requirements.

Assessments and testing are undertaken in accordance with the relevant BREEAM Technical Manual, British Standards and recognised industry guidance, including BS 8233, BS 4142, BS EN ISO 12354, BS EN ISO 16283, and other project-specific standards. Our collaborative approach ensures acoustic considerations are integrated throughout the design and construction process, helping project teams secure BREEAM credits efficiently while delivering buildings that perform acoustically as well as environmentally.
